  Great communication. Easy check-in, just coordinate when you expect to arrive and they will have someone meet you. Chocolat Box is cuter and nicer than the photos.   I recently stayed at this centrally located condo located on the border of Downtown Victoria BC & Chinatown. Think an eclectically decorated furnished apartment. It is professionally managed with questions quickly answered by a friendly & knowledgeable Strata Manager.
  
  That said, I feel introducing a FAQ to the Guest Information Booklet would benefit all parties as alot of my queries were of a minor nature. Suggested topics to cover include how to access optional services together with a map outlining the location of some not so intuitive amenities & directions to the nearest supermarket for example.
  
  Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chocolat Box & wouldn't hesitate to rebook or recommended to friends travelling to Victoria BC.

  Overall a great experience. Excellent location, easy walking distance to downtown Victoria. A couple of things seem to have missed maintenance: the power points behind the coffee pod machine seemed to be blocked off, the coffee machine itself did not work. We used the drip coffee device which was fine. Otherwise the whole experience was excellent.

  The apartment was just like the pictures and description...which was perfect! It was clean, quiet, safe, modern, comfortable, and ideal for a couple. The location on Pandora street makes it so easy to get around Victoria without using a car but if you have a car the parking is secure, well lit, clean and easy to use. The owner was very professional while being friendly and made us feel welcome - we didn't need anything on our stay but felt comfortable enough that we knew we could reach out if needed. The kitchen has all the essentials and the "leave one - take one" approach to dry goods is a great idea. I would stay here again and recommend to any couple. Staying here added to our trip to Victoria. Chinatown is one street over, Market Square is across the street and there are shops, restaurants, and pubs within minutes from your door but the nice thing is the streets are not crazy loud all the time and are actually quiet by midnight. We did not encounter any homeless people on our street at night or in the early morning. Two amazing places to eat are MoLe (steps from your door) and John's Place (a block away), actually there are too many great places to list them all! Just go - try it out - you won't regret it!

  The condo was everything we could have ever asked for and more. The location was perfect if you are looking for a central, downtown spot. The building is new and nicely secured with key fob and touch code technology. The furnishings in the condo are eclectic and modern- they really appealed to our style. We enjoyed the games in the closet and especially the balcony- there is excellent people watching from that spot!! When we make our way back to Victoria- we will definitely book here. And not to forget, the manager who met us upon arrival and showed us around the premise and to our room was kind, sincere, helpful, and told us to reach him during our stay if we had any questions!!

  Good location as everything is in walking distance. Property has everything one can have in the comfort of their own home.
  
  Given that our suite is facing a main road, it is understandable noise can be heard. However, we did not have a good night's rest on the last night of our stay with the loud music and talking from the young tenant and his friends across from our suite (against strata bylaw hours).
  
  A message was left to the service provider, but no return call back was ever made.
  
  I would rate the service rep/provider a better evaluation should she/they have acknowledged the situation and returned the call out of courtesy. In the age of smartphones for all service-oriented businesses, returning calls and even text messages (especially if the client sees the "read" status on their phone that the rep has seen the message) is a given.

  Was pleasantly surprised on arrival. The suite was exactly as pictured. Neat, homey, and convenient to everything that I needed. Walking to Beacon Hill Park was a breeze. The bus line to my brother's was around the corner; so too were the tea shops, coffee shops and groceries at Yates and Quadra. The Blue Fox for breakfast and The Drake for beer and ribs, (across the street). The entrance is off Theatre Alley which runs from Pandora St. to Fisgard St. The exit on Fisgard is right beside World Coffee, home of the best Pesto grilled cheese sandwich and carrot cake in Victoria. I'm a tea drinker, but I've heard the coffee is very good there as well. My last day in Victoria I could be found sitting outside enjoying the ambiance with tea and cake. I mustn't forget Pierre, the pleasant and ever so helpful concierge. Thanks Pierre for your welcome and your Au Revoir !
